PADI Try a Freedive Course
What:
Our PADI ‘Try a Freedive’ course is designed to give you a taste of freediving without entering the ocean. This course includes theory, product education, a breath workshop, meditation and a confined water session (pool work).
Our pool work allows our students to attempt static breath holds and dynamic apnea under the close and nurturing guidance of our instructor. Where applicable, our instructor will give technique feedback and coach students to reach their goals.
At the conclusion of this course, students who meet the PADI requirements will be certified as a PADI Basic Freediver.
Students will also receive special access to a discount on all Salt of the Sea products when purchased online, to help you become equipped with premium freediving gear.
