Norfolk Island Freediving and Spearfishing Retreat

$310.00

WORLD FIRST:

We’re giving you the chance to learn or level up your freediving skills at one of Australia’s best-kept secrets — Norfolk Island.

Norfolk Island is a small, remote island in the South Pacific, located about 1,400 km east of mainland Australia. It's known for its stunning cliffs, lush forests, clear waters, and rich history — including its Polynesian roots and its role as a former British penal colony. The island is home to unique wildlife, world-class diving, and a tight-knit local community. It's the perfect off-the-beaten-path destination for nature lovers, adventurers, and anyone seeking a peaceful island escape.

All divers will learn to freedive or build on their existing skills throughout the week. With multiple in-water sessions, you'll have the chance to explore caves and pinnacles, surrounded by vibrant reef life and crystal-clear blue water.

This retreat also offers those interested in spearfishing the opportunity to learn from the ground up — or, if you're already experienced, to sharpen your skills and target Norfolk’s legendary kingfish, oafie, and redthroat emperor alongside other passionate spearos.

Our Norfolk Island retreat is your chance to unwind into the island lifestyle while exploring its pristine ocean and rich culture. We’ll stay in a spacious house with indoor and outdoor kitchens — the perfect setting to share your fresh catch with new friends.

You'll also have the opportunity to dive into Norfolk Island’s deep cultural heritage, connecting with the stories and traditions that make this place truly unique.
