Julian Rocks Guided Snorkel + Whale Watching
Byron Bay Whale Watching & Guided Snorkelling Experience
Join us on Sunday, 19 July, for a special morning on the water as we combine two of Byron Bay's most iconic marine experiences: whale watching and guided snorkelling.
Departing from Brunswick Heads Harbour, this exclusive charter offers the opportunity to witness the incredible humpback whale migration while exploring the vibrant marine life that inhibit Julian Rocks.
Your guide for the day is Taylor McKeown, Animal Ecologist, PADI Advanced Freediving Instructor, and former Australian Olympic swimmer. Taylor has been guiding snorkelling tours at Julian Rocks (Nguthungulli Nature Reserve) for the past eight years and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the region's diverse marine ecosystem with others. Taylor will endeavour to find endangered grey nurse sharks for her guests to see.
Whether you're hoping to encounter migrating humpback whales, spot turtles, rays and colourful reef fish, or simply enjoy a memorable morning on the ocean with like-minded people, this experience has something for everyone.
We are excited to host this special event aboard our private charter vessel and welcome members of the Diving in Paradise family for a day of adventure, education, and connection with the ocean.
At the completion of the tour, guests will be invited to join a social brunch in Brunswick Heads.
